This Year’s Mental Health Awareness Week focused on the theme of nature and how this can be hugely powerful in both prevention of and recovery from poor mental health.
In support of the 2021 campaign, here at Doig+Smith we urged our staff to ditch the working lunch and instead get outdoors and connect with nature.
We were delighted to see so many of our employees embrace the call and loved seeing the different things they experienced…

- Day 1: Associate QS Dean met up with two old Army buddies to go for a walk around the Connel coastal area.
