Our Project Management Department work within the areas of real estate and infrastructure supporting our clients during the pre-construction, construction and in-use phases of their projects. We offer an integrated Project Management service that encompasses programme management, project controls, risk management, development management and Contract Administration / Employer’s Agent services. This full-service offering unlocks the potential within projects and mitigates risks through their life cycle.
We have experience across multiple sectors building on D+S’s 90 years as a market leading construction and real estate consultancy. Our project managers come from a variety of construction disciplines providing our clients with collaborative and pro-active expertise in the delivery of their projects. A number of our Project Managers are Accredited NEC4 Project Managers allowing us to offer this specialised form of Project Management.
