Matt has a history of working in the commercial and private sectors of the construction and property industry.

Specialising in Pre-acquisition and Technical Due Diligence Surveys, on behalf of Global Investment Funds and Commercial Clients both as Vendor and Purchaser: Contract Administration/Design and Specification, delivering projects on Grade A listed properties for a National Public Body and Commercial fit outs on behalf of Commercial Clients.

PPM Surveys and Maintenance Schedules: on various property types including Student Accommodation, Health Facilities and Educational Facilities.

Dilapidation’s: negotiating on behalf of National Clients in their roles as Landlord and Tenant. Schedules of Condition, providing protection for Landlords and Tenants at end of Lease.

Disability Access Audits: assessing the design and accessibility of properties in accordance with the relevant legislation.

Matt has recently gained accreditation as a NEC Supervisor and is looking forward to gaining experience in this role with our clients.
