Project Description
300 Bath Street is one of Glasgow’s most recognisable office developments. The first stage of the entire redevelopment of the property provides a new double height entrance, reception and common spaces, a basement level fitness suite together with shower and changing facilities and the Category A fit out of the Level 4 offices. All works are being carried out while the building remains occupied.
The works comprise the internal demolition and remodelling of the existing reception spaces and the installation of a new lower-level floor slab to accommodate both the new reception and the fitness suite below. A new steel and glass feature entrance canopy is being installed with complementary entrance glazing and finishes providing a welcoming sense of arrival. An entirely new fitness suite is being created in the existing basement for the use of all current and future occupiers comprising a fitness studio, showers, changing areas and locker rooms together with new lighting, heating, cooling and air conditioning systems.
The works required careful planning and phasing through collaboration with our Client to ensure that the current and prospective tenants are not unduly affected by the works.
