We continue to works progressively and collaboratively with GCC to provide the advisory and consultancy services required to identify, initiate, procure and manage their major capital projects and programmes over their Anniesland, Cardonald and Langside Campuses; all within established CAPEX and programme constraints and parameters.
Glasgow Clyde College receives an annual expenditure block amount which is used to address major project initiatives and significant building fabric issues and repairs; all to improve the Campuses for the benefit of students and staff alike.
We work with Glasgow Clyde College to assess all property requirements and identify those which are priority together with others that best suit Glasgow Clyde College’s aspirations and operational requirements and balance these against the available budget and programme; selecting those to be progressed.
We establish the project strategy comprising all selected projects together with the over-arching programme and the individual, linked, project programmes.
